Homemade Gravy

Tonight I made pork loin with mashed potatoes and gravy. I make my gravy from scratch, and to make it gluten free is pretty easy. All I do is take the drippings from the meat, add salt to taste, and add a couple of spoonfuls of brown rice flour to it. (You can add however much you want to make it as thick or thin as you want.)
